Founder & Head Coach – Team Andes

I’ve spent over 10 years in high-performance triathlon, racing for Team Chile at world championships, Pan American Games, World Cups, and Ironman 70.3 events.

At Team Andes, I focus on building smart, individualised training plans that align with your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. I’ll help you stay accountable, work consistently, and, most importantly, enjoy the process. I believe mindset is just as important as the physical work — and I’m here to help you develop both.

After finishing my racing career, I began coaching athletes of all levels — from beginners to national-level performers — across swimming, cycling, triathlon, running, and strength and conditioning.

I’ve since earned the following accreditations: Certificate IV in Fitness, Swimming Australia Development Coach, Triathlon Australia Development Coach, Lifeguard and Technical Qualification in Business Administration

Coaching Plans

Coaching is delivered through TrainingPeaks with weekly tailored plans, Premium access, and performance tracking. Includes a free initial consult, weekly check-ins, and unlimited message support. A one-time setup fee covers onboarding and the first two weeks of coaching.

Level 1 – Single sport Coaching

$65 AUD / week

For athletes focusing on one discipline (swim, bike, run, or strength). Includes:

  • Weekly tailored plan via TrainingPeaks

  • Load management and feedback

  • Free TrainingPeaks Premium

  • 15-min weekly check-in

  • Unlimited message support

  • Free initial consultation

  • Begins with a Two-Week Paid Trial ($65/week)

Level 2 – Multisport Coaching

$75/week

For athletes training in triathlon or combining endurance sport (swim, bike, run) with strength training.

Includes:

  • Weekly tailored plan via TrainingPeaks

  • Integrated multisport or strength-endurance structure

  • Load monitoring & feedback

  • Free TrainingPeaks Premium account

  • 15-min weekly check-in

  • Unlimited message support

  • Free initial consultation

  • Begins with a Two-Week Paid Trial ($75/week)

Swim Technique Pack / 3 x 1:1 Sessions

$225 total (Save $75 – single session $100)

45-minute private sessions

  • Technique-focused: improve stroke efficiency, body position, and speed

  • Tailored for triathlon, open water, or pool performance

  • Booked by appointment. Location - Yeronga Park Pool

  • Ideal for building confidence in the pool and open water

Single session: $100 (45 min)

Group sessions: Available upon request – discounted rate applies

Bike Skills Pack – 3 x 1:1 Sessions

$225 total (Save $75 – single session $100)

3 x 45-minute private sessions

  • Focused on core skills: handling, cornering, transitions, descending & efficiency

  • Adapted for triathlon, road, or time trial formats

  • Flexible location and scheduling

  • Ideal for building technical confidence and racing control

Single session: $100 (45 min)
